Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, by email and by phone. It is processed because it is necessary to enter into or perform a contract, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above, with service providers such as Netlify, Inc., which hosts our website and processes form submissions, and with authorised public authorities when required by law. As our service providers’ servers are located outside Turkey, such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law, to request that such actions be notified to third parties, to object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
